We are looking for an experienced ERP Operations Consultant to support and optimize business processes across supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, procurement, and order management functions within a global organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate operational needs into effective ERP and process solutions.
- Configure and support ERP systems, with a focus on operational business processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams and external partners to evaluate and implement improvements.
- Lead projects, workshops, and change management activities.
- Prepare business cases, risk assessments, documentation, and project updates.
- Deliver training and user support to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert for ERP processes related to supply chain, logistics, procurement, manufacturing, and order management.
- Drive continuous improvement, process standardization, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in ERP consulting, business systems, project management, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, procurement, or order management processes.
- Hands-on experience with Infor M3 ERP; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading projects, workshops, and organizational change initiatives.
- Fluent English and Polish.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
