SAP ABAP Developer w. German

 
We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Developer with expertise in HCM and FI to join an international SAP Center of Excellence. You will design and implement modern SAP solutions, advise European customers, and contribute to S/4HANA transformation projects. This full-time, remote position offers an employment contract, with a visit to the Warsaw office approximately once per quarter. Strong German communication skills are essential.

Your responsibilities

In this position, you will:

  • Provide architectural, solution, and implementation consulting, primarily for healthcare organizations, SMEs, and public-sector clients
  • Help customers translate their cloud-based HCM and FI processes into effective SAP solutions
  • Prepare current-state and target-state concepts based on customers’ business needs
  • Analyze requirements, evaluate technical feasibility, estimate project costs, and present proposed solutions to clients
  • Design and develop modern, scalable SAP architectures and applications
  • Contribute to SAP transformation and implementation projects within an international environment

What we are looking for

We would like to hear from you if you have:

  • At least three years of professional experience in SAP ABAP development, particularly within SAP HCM and/or FI
  • A degree in business administration, business informatics, computer science, or an equivalent professional qualification
  • A strong understanding of integrated SAP environments and hands-on knowledge of processes related to SAP HCM, FI, and S/4HANA
  • Experience in SAP application management as a developer or participation in S/4HANA implementation projects, including greenfield or brownfield transformations
  • English proficiency at a minimum B2 level
  • German proficiency at approximately C1 level; alternatively, communicative German combined with a strong willingness to continue learning
  • Motivation to develop an in-depth understanding of German legal regulations and business frameworks
