An international technology organization is expanding its SAP Center of Excellence in Poland. The team delivers SAP consulting, solution design, and rollout services for enterprise clients across Europe.
We are looking for an experienced SAP CX Consultant who can translate business requirements into effective customer experience solutions and collaborate confidently with German-speaking stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Advise on the implementation, customization, and optimization of SAP Commerce Cloud.
- Gather and analyze business requirements for SAP Customer Experience solutions.
- Design, configure, and integrate solutions aligned with client processes and objectives.
- Model business processes and prepare functional solution designs.
- Work with technical, functional, and business teams to deliver end-to-end implementations.
- Support troubleshooting, system enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvements.
- Help coordinate project milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
Preferred qualifications
- Practical experience delivering SAP Commerce Cloud projects across the full implementation lifecycle—from requirements gathering through go-live.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities within SAP CX environments.
- Experience with at least one of the following:
- SAP Sales Cloud V1
- SAP Sales Cloud V2
- SAP Service Cloud
- SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C)
- Ability to manage deadlines, deliverables, and communication with multiple stakeholders.
- German proficiency at C1 level.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Additional advantages
- Familiarity with SAP Emarsys or SAP Marketing Cloud.
- Knowledge of SAP Customer Data Cloud or SAP Customer Data Platform.
- Understanding of customer journey optimization and omnichannel commerce.
- Experience working in international or distributed project teams.
