We are looking for an SAP HCM Consultant to support international customers in maintaining and developing their HR systems. The position combines application support, system configuration, and participation in SAP HCM transformation projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide functional support and consulting for SAP HCM and SAP HCM for S/4HANA.
- Analyze incidents, business requirements, and change requests.
- Configure and improve Personnel Administration and Payroll processes.
- Support Time Management, Organizational Management, and personnel cost planning.
- Maintain integration between SAP HCM and FI/CO.
- Contribute to migrations, rollouts, and system transformation projects.
- Implement changes related to German payroll, tax, and social security regulations.
- Prepare documentation and conduct workshops or user training.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in SAP HCM consulting or application support.
- Practical configuration experience in SAP HCM or SAP HCM for S/4HANA.
- Good knowledge of Personnel Administration (PA) and Payroll (PY).
- Understanding of Organizational Management, personnel cost planning, and FI/CO integration.
- Experience in application management or SAP implementation projects.
- German and English at B2 level or higher.
- Willingness to learn German payroll and employment regulations.
- Availability for several extended business trips during the initial project phase.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of PT, OM, PD, or PKP.
- Experience with ITIL processes and ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate, S/4HANA migrations, Jira, or Confluence.
- Experience working with agile delivery methods.
