Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for DevOps engineer to join he R&D Team, that is passionate about building innovative and lovable products, while tackling complex engineering problems at a great scale. Accountable for bringing the company’s vision to life by navigating our progress into flawless execution and encouraging full ownership and independence in all projects. 

The DevOps team will be focused on building exceptional self-service tools to support our high-paced development cycles and fast engineering growth. You’ll join our Infrastructure Group based in our Warsaw office.

• Work with a team of experienced and highly talented developers in a CI/CD environment with cutting edge technologies.
• Work closely with Engineering teams, taking full responsibility and ownership from conception to post-deployment in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Cloud-native ecosystem: AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, IaC, SaaS,  performance, security, observability. 

• Permanent contract (no B2B option)
• Salary: 30,000 – 53,000 PLN gross/month (all-in, including bonus & RSUs) – mid/senior level
• Hybrid setup: 3 days/week onsite in central Warsaw
• Work with top engineers!

• Strong technical skills, good system and infrastructure understanding.
• Familiar with cloud services and modern web applications at scale.
• Familiar with Linux environment, scripting and/or programming.
• Ability to see the bigger picture and carry out system architecture planning.
• Proven DevOps and Infrastructure experience -advantage.
  Understanding of products and a passion for building software that impacts millions of users.
• Team player, egoless, strong communication skills, and empathetic.
• Degree in Computer Science (not a must; we're always looking for super-talented people)
