Senior DevOps Engineer

Our Client - a fast-scaling SaaS company with over 400k users is expanding its engineering presence in Warsaw. Known for building modern, intuitive Work OS that help teams work better together. The company has become a market leader by focusing on product quality, user experience, and smart engineering at scale.

Recently launched an R&D hub in Warsaw. The local team works directly on the core platform as well as new standalone products, including a cloud-based CRM, a customer ticketing system, and advanced self-service tools for enterprise clients — all built on the same scalable cloud infrastructure.
 
The engineering culture is radically product-oriented. You won’t be “just coding” here — you’ll help shape what gets built and how. You’ll take part in meaningful architectural conversations, build for scale, and work across the stack. 

Your role

  • Work with a team of experienced and highly talented developers in a CI/CD environment with cutting edge technologies.
  • Work closely with Engineering teams, taking full responsibility and ownership from conception to post-deployment in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Cloud-native ecosystem: AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, IaC, SaaS,  performance, security, observability.

Requirements

  • Strong technical skills, good system and infrastructure understanding.
  • Familiar with cloud services and modern web applications at scale.
  • Familiar with Linux environment, scripting and/or programming.
  • Ability to see the bigger picture and carry out system architecture planning.
  • Proven DevOps and Infrastructure experience -advantage.
    Understanding of products and a passion for building software that impacts millions of users.
  • Team player, egoless, strong communication skills, and empathetic.
  • Degree in Computer Science (not a must; we're always looking for super-talented people)
